Emerald Freight Consulting has over 15 years of experience designing and building solutions for the CargoWise application. This includes custom workflows, EDI implementations, documents, reports, and more. We also provide training in any of the CargoWise modules as well as training for IT teams that will be supporting your daily operations.
If you are preparing for an EDI/data integration, Emerald Freight Consulting can help you from the initial discovery process through design, implementation, and testing. We have worked with standard ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and SAP IDOC formats as well as custom XML, JSON, CSV, API, and flat files. We’re also ready to host your integration on our cloud servers or help you setup on your own.
For initial go-live and training, Emerald Freight Consulting can help provide best practices and a timeline for registry setups and module use. We will work with you through your current SOP and help to optimize your processes through workflow setup, automating updates, emails, and documents as needed to make your operation as smooth as possible.

While your built-in options are good, I'm sure there are some needs that aren't quite met. We have experience building hundreds of custom reports, documents, and filters for use in your system. We can also utilize your database connection to build external dashboards for your website or internal use.
